From creepy costumes to pumpkin patches, Halloween is a hauntingly good time. When you’re feeling sugared out from all that candy corn, sweat off those spooky treats with a killer workout at these four studios that will make your muscles scream.

Pearl Street Fitness

PEARL STREET FITNESS

Neighborhood: Wash Park
Why We Love It: A bootcamp-style workout, this community-driven studio packs a ton of different fitness methods (kettlebells, free weights, TRX) into one space. Priding themselves on developing strong, confident members, you’ll get personal attention with smaller classes of around 10-15 people.

Fierce45

FIERCE45

Neighborhood: Hilltop, LoHi
Why We Love It: Representing Lagree Fitness in the Denver area, Fierce45 is all about high intensity and low impact. A full-body workout in 45 minutes, this calorie slayer (500-800 per class) combines balance, cardio, and flexibility on a unique resistance machine. There are even chalkboards by your machine so you can write down your intention before class!

The River Yoga

THE RIVER

Neighborhood: Golden Triangle
Why We Love It: A beautiful, welcoming space, The River is all about creating the best experience for every body. If you want high-energy mixed with vinyasa yoga, book our favorite class, “Align & Burn: Yoga Bootcamp.” You’ll get a perfectly balanced cross-training workout, using dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, and cardio bursts—all while on your yoga mat!

dance2b

DANCE2B

Neighborhood: LoDo
Why We Love It: At this fun, unique studio you’ll never miss a chance to dance. From Cardio Dance Funk to Hip Hop Groove or Simply Tap 101, brush up on your moves in a welcoming space that focuses on self-expression while sweatin’ it out. Our pick? Dance Video Moves, a hip-hop style class inspired by the best YouTube dancers from Los Angeles to New York and Tokyo. Show off your swagger—you might even become a viral sensation yourself!
