5 Reasons to Love Boutique Fitness

Fitness
Barre
Yoga
Cycling
Interval Training
Pilates

If you’ve ever thought about trying boutique fitness, there’s no better time than now. With tens of thousands of studios that specialize in everything from indoor cycling, to Pilates, barre, strength training, yoga and more, there’s an exciting workout to try that fits every fitness goal. If you are new to working out or are looking to switch up your exercise routine, here are five reasons to love boutique fitness.

Specific workout options just for you!

Boutique studios often specialize in a specific type of fitness, making them an expert in their space. Whether you’re looking to elevate your practice at aerial yoga or feel the burn at HIIT bootcamp, boutique fitness offers you the ability to learn a new exercise or put your skills to the test with an array of specially scheduled group classes.

Knowledgeable instructors.

The instructors that teach boutique fitness classes are there for a reason—they know their stuff! Having a leader that fully understands the type of workout he or she is teaching makes a huge difference in class. Not only can they offer professional guidance, but their training also allows them to personalize your workout experience, modifying sequences to fit your individual needs.

Really cool spaces.

Boutique fitness studios create inspirational (often Instagram-worthy) environments to motivate you further the moment you walk through the door. From indoor cycling classes with black lights and loud music, to super zen yoga rooms that have aromatherapy and candles, immerse yourself fully in all the exercise experience vibes.

A variety of class options.

With millions of workout classes offered on the MINDBODY app and MINDBODY website, you have the opportunity to try all different types of boutique fitness that fit your goals. Maybe it’s hot yoga today? Barre tomorrow? MINDBODY makes it easy to book thousands of individual boutique fitness classes in your neighborhood, at a price and time that works for you.

You won’t get bored.

Fight the workout burnout! Keep your exercise routine exciting with boutique fitness. MINDBODY features endless class options that allow you to find (and try) something new, time after time. Discover the workouts you love at unique studios that support your every move.

Not Too Cheesy: Vegan "Cheese" Recipes That Taste Like The Real Thing

Recipes
Food
Nutrition

We all love cheese. And if you don’t love cheese, well, you just haven’t found the right kind for you. If you’re unlucky like me, however, cheese does not like you. Thankfully, we live in 2020, where plant-based cheese recipes are alive and well.

I have been dairy-free for a few years, and cheese is truly the food group I miss the most. As much as we try, we sometimes just can’t get vegan cheese to taste like the real thing. So, I recruited my dairy-loving, cow-consuming friends to be my taste-testers. Their brutal honesty helped me create some “fake” cheese that can actually compete with the real stuff.

Goat "Cheese" Ball

Did you know you can make mouth-watering “fake” cheese with macadamia nuts? Yes, macadamia nuts. If you’re craving that creamy consistency but your stomach isn’t down for dairy, try out this recipe inspired by Simple Vegan Blog

Nacho "Cheese" Sauce

I know what you’re thinking: is this real? Is it too good to be true? No nuts, no fat, and it tastes good? You’re in for a treat. No one can tell the difference between this recipe and their favorite gooey cheese sauce. This recipe makes a lot of sauce, so be ready to share and shock your dairy-loving friends.
